Our Building Maintenance division has become a highly successful service provider to a number of utility and power generation companies. This division specialises in the management and delivery of reactive and planned building fabric repairs and minor civils works.

Operating throughout the UK, we have secured long term partnerships with customers and specialist contractors to provide a quality service which is flexible and bespoke to meet the needs of each customer.

We provide a tailored solution and a single point of contact to coordinate your maintenance needs, supported by robust IT systems which facilitate programming, delivery and scheduling of maintenance cycles.

Our Quality Management System is registered to ISO 9001:2008 and our environmental management system is registered to ISO 14001:2004, providing a further level of assurance to customers that their project is being fulfilled to exacting standards. In addition, we are externally audited by Achilles and have achieved UVDB Verify status (Utilities Vendor Database).

We are organised to manage both high volumes of small value orders as well as major refurbishment projects. We also provide a planned or reactive maintenance service through our own directly employed personnel or those of our supply chain partners, all of whom have been assessed to ensure quality standards and health, safety and environmental performance are not compromised in any way.

To monitor compliance with effective health and safety practice, we employ independent safety consultants to undertake random site audits and advise us on matters of health, safety, welfare and the environment. Our safety performance has been rewarded with RoSPA awards for the past 5 years running, 2009-2012.

Appointing Bagnalls will benefit each individual customer as we assess the life cycle maintenance requirements of buildings and introduce Value Engineering techniques to deliver Best Value; this has resulted in some significant changes in the way minor orders are handled for completion.

We provide all information electronically such as the transfer of orders, invoices and payments as well as establishing a bespoke web based portal for joint access to project programming, KPI and costing data.
